Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. Agreement Terms: The One-to-One Coaching Client agrees to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations can be done via the email notification link process. The Coach reserves the right to bill the Client for a missed meeting. The Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the missed meeting. If you can't make the appointment within 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered cancelled. Please notify Coach as soon as you can whether you will be late by emailing ray@reneebeyor.com. Workshop attendee agrees to cancel 1 week in advance to receive a full refund, minus any credit card fees. If cancelled 3 days in advance, workshop attendees will receive a 50% refund, minus any credit card fees. After such time, your workshop fee is nonrefundable.
