Accessibility  Statement

Last updated: October 13, 2026

RAY Life Coaching, LLC is committed to creating experiences, education, resources, and services that are as accessible, inclusive, and welcoming as reasonably possible.
Accessibility means more to us than being able to navigate a website. It also means considering financial access, communication needs, different bodies and abilities, learning styles, identities, and the barriers people may experience when seeking education, community, and support.

Website Accessibility

RAY Life Coaching is continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of raylifecoaching.com.

We aim to follow recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and to consider accessibility as website content and technology evolve.

Our accessibility efforts may include:

  • Providing alternative text for meaningful images.

  • Using clear headings and logical page organization.

  • Supporting keyboard navigation and assistive technologies where possible.

  • Considering color contrast, font size, readability, and visual clarity.

  • Providing captions, transcripts, written materials, or alternative formats for audio and video content when available.

  • Using clear and understandable language wherever possible.

  • Reviewing accessibility as new pages, programs, and resources are created.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Some parts of the website may not yet provide an equally accessible experience for every visitor.
If you encounter a website accessibility barrier, please let us know so we can work toward a solution.

Financial Accessibility

Accessibility also includes financial access.

RAY Life Coaching recognizes that financial resources and opportunities are not distributed equally. Systemic barriers, discrimination, generational and historical inequity, disability, medical expenses, employment circumstances, class, caregiving responsibilities, and other life circumstances can affect a person’s ability to pay for education and support.

For selected programs, workshops, events, and resources, RAY Life Coaching may offer:

  • Sliding-scale pricing

  • Community or reduced-access rates

  • Pay-what-you-can opportunities

  • Scholarships or sponsored spaces

  • Pay-It-Forward pricing

When multiple pricing levels are available, participants are invited to choose the rate that best reflects their current financial circumstances.

You do not need to provide proof of income, disclose an identity, or justify your personal circumstances in order to choose a lower available rate.

When offered, higher or Pay-It-Forward rates help RAY Life Coaching continue providing reduced-cost opportunities to people who might otherwise be unable to participate.

Our goal is to balance meaningful access with the financial sustainability necessary to continue providing this work.

Not every service, program, event, or resource will have reduced pricing available. Organizations, businesses, institutions, and funded programs may also have different pricing structures from individual community participants.

Programs, Workshops & Events

RAY Life Coaching provides education and support through a variety of formats, which may include:

  • Virtual workshops and webinars

  • In-person workshops and community events

  • Speaking engagements

  • Individual services

  • Recorded educational content

  • Workbooks and downloadable resources

  • Community and group programming

If you need an accommodation in order to participate, we encourage you to contact us.
When reasonably possible, we will work with you to identify an accommodation or alternative way of accessing the program or material.

This might include needs related to communication, mobility, sensory access, seating, written materials, virtual participation, or another accessibility concern.

In-Person Accessibility

Accessibility at in-person programs may vary depending on the venue.
RAY Life Coaching frequently partners with community organizations, businesses, libraries, wellness spaces, and other outside locations and may not control every aspect of a building’s accessibility.

If accessibility information about a venue is important to your participation, please contact us before the event. We will make a reasonable effort to provide information about the space and discuss available options.

When possible, we also encourage our community partners and host organizations to consider physical and communication accessibility when planning events.

Virtual Programs & Communication

For virtual programs, we aim to use platforms and materials that make participation as accessible as reasonably possible.

Depending on the program, accessibility options may include captions, chat participation, written resources, recordings, or other formats.

If speaking verbally, appearing on camera, or participating in a particular way creates a barrier for you, you are welcome to ask what other participation options may be available.

Third-Party Platforms

Some parts of our website and services rely on third-party providers.
These may include scheduling platforms, payment processors, email services, video or webinar platforms, social media, embedded content, registration systems, or websites operated by event partners.

RAY Life Coaching does not have complete control over the accessibility of third-party platforms.

If a third-party service creates an accessibility barrier, please contact us. When reasonably possible, we will work with you to find another way to access the information or service.

Individual Needs & Self-Determination

Accessibility needs are individual.

We do not expect someone to disclose more personal information than is reasonably necessary to communicate what would help them participate. Whenever possible, we want people to be able to identify their own needs and make choices about the forms of access and participation that work best for them.

We welcome questions, requests, and feedback without requiring someone to defend or prove why they need support.

Feedback & Accommodation Requests

Accessibility is something we expect to keep learning about and improving.

If you:

  • Experience difficulty using this website

  • Cannot access a resource

  • Need information in another format

  • Have an accommodation request for an event or program

  • Notice an accessibility barrier

  • Have a suggestion that could improve access

Please contact us.

When contacting us about a website issue, it is helpful to include the page or resource you were trying to access and a brief description of the difficulty you experienced.
We will make a reasonable effort to respond to accessibility concerns and identify available solutions.

RAY Life Coaching believes that creating greater access is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time accomplishment. We welcome feedback as we continue working toward experiences that allow more people to participate, learn, connect, and show up as themselves.
