Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to services, programs, events, resources, and other offerings provided by RAY Life Coaching, LLC.
By purchasing or participating in an offering, you agree to the applicable terms below.
COACHING & EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
RAY Life Coaching provides coaching, education, workshops, speaking, facilitation, and related services.
Coaching and educational services are not psychotherapy, medical care, legal advice, or a substitute for services provided by an appropriately licensed professional.
You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, well-being, and results.
PAYMENT
Payment is due according to the terms provided when purchasing or booking a service.
Deposits or retainers may be required to reserve certain services, programs, events, or speaking dates.
Programs, packages, and payment plans may be eligible for prorated refunds based on the services, sessions, materials, digital content, and other benefits already provided or accessed.
Refund eligibility and calculations are governed by the RAY Life Coaching Refund & Cancellation Policy.
APPOINTMENTS
Clients and participants are responsible for attending scheduled appointments on time.
Late arrival generally does not extend the scheduled end time.
Free Discovery Calls should be canceled or rescheduled through the scheduling system at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may limit the ability to schedule another free Discovery Call.
GROUP PROGRAMS, WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
Participants are responsible for determining whether an offering is appropriate for them and for participating within their own limits.
Registration transfers, substitutions, recordings, make-up sessions, or alternate access are available only when specifically offered or approved by RAY Life Coaching.
RAY Life Coaching may establish additional participation or community agreements for particular groups, workshops, circles, or events.
CONFIDENTIALITY & GROUP PRIVACY
Information shared during individual coaching is treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where otherwise agreed.
Participants in groups, workshops, classes, or circles are expected to respect the privacy of other participants.
Because other participants are independent individuals, RAY Life Coaching cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.
SPEAKING, TRAINING & CONTRACTED SERVICES
Speaking engagements, organizational workshops, trainings, consulting, facilitation, and other contracted services may have additional terms regarding payment, deposits, cancellation, rescheduling, travel, expenses, materials, and event requirements.
Those terms will be included in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement. Where a signed agreement contains terms different from these general Terms & Conditions, the signed agreement will govern that engagement.
MATERIALS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
RAY Life Coaching materials, including original frameworks, worksheets, workbooks, presentations, recordings, course materials, exercises, and other educational content, are provided for the participant’s personal use unless otherwise stated in writing.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, sold, recorded, published, or used commercially without written permission from RAY Life Coaching, LLC.
Purchasing or participating in an offering does not transfer ownership of RAY Life Coaching intellectual property.
RECORDINGS & DIGITAL CONTENT
Some programs or events may include recordings, digital materials, or online resources. Access and availability will be described as part of the specific offering.
Participants may not record sessions, presentations, workshops, or other participants without prior permission.
THIRD-PARTY VENUES & SERVICES
Some RAY Life Coaching offerings may be hosted, ticketed, processed, or delivered through third-party venues, organizations, or platforms.
Those services may be subject to additional terms, policies, fees, privacy practices, or cancellation requirements established by the third party.
CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Occasionally, an event or service may be affected by circumstances outside reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, emergency, venue closure, travel disruption, power or internet outage, or similar circumstances.
When reasonably possible, RAY Life Coaching will work toward rescheduling, alternate delivery, credit, or another appropriate solution.
Refunds, when applicable, will be handled according to the RAY Life Coaching Refund & Cancellation Policy.
CHANGES TO SERVICES OR TERMS
RAY Life Coaching may update services, programs, pricing, policies, or these Terms & Conditions as the business and its offerings evolve.
The current version posted on the RAY Life Coaching website will apply to future purchases and bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.
