What This Workshop Is About
This 1.5-hour workshop offers a grounded, beginner-friendly introduction to polyamory in a confidential, consent-based, and supportive space.
Together, we’ll explore what consensual non-monogamy actually is, how it works in real life, and what it might mean for you—without pressure to identify any particular way.
Facilitated by Ray (they/them), a Confidence Coming Out Coach who uses consent, Compassionate Communication, and Integrative Attachment Theory, this session blends education with practical tools for emotional awareness, communication, and self-trust.
This is not about convincing you.
This is about helping you understand.
