About the Event

Polyamory is being talked about everywhere… but most people are left trying to piece together what it actually means—and how to respond in real life.

If you’ve ever found yourself:

  • Curious but unsure what polyamory really is

  • Navigating someone in your life who is polyamorous

  • Wondering how people make this work in real life

  • Concerned about saying the wrong thing or coming off as biased

This series is for you.

What This Series Is About

This Lunch & Learn series offers a grounded, accessible introduction to polyamory and modern relationship dynamics in a way that is practical, respectful, and easy to engage with—even anonymously.

Each session focuses on one key topic, helping you build understanding over time without overwhelm.

Facilitated by Ray (they/them), a Confidence Coming Out Coach who uses consent, Compassionate Communication, and Integrative Attachment Theory, these sessions blend education with real-life application and emotional awareness tools.
