JULY 2026 THEME:
Mine, Yours & Ours
A Polyamorous Processing Circle on Boundaries, Agreements & Consent
Polyamory often invites us to ask questions that traditional relationship advice doesn't answer. What belongs to me? What belongs to my partner? What belongs to our relationship—and what requires ongoing agreement?
In this 90-minute somatic and creative processing circle, we'll explore the unique boundary challenges that arise in consensually non-monogamous relationships through guided discussion, body awareness, creative reflection, and practical tools. Together we'll untangle the differences between boundaries, agreements, expectations, requests, and consent while exploring how attachment, communication, and personal responsibility influence our relationships.
Whether you're new to polyamory or have years of experience, you'll leave with greater clarity, self-awareness, and practical language to help create relationships rooted in honesty, autonomy, trust, and authentic connection.
Next Up Themes:
August 27 — Jealousy vs. Envy
What are these feelings really telling us, and how can we respond with honesty, self-awareness, and care?
September 24 — Hard Conversations & Hidden Needs
Practice speaking difficult truths, noticing unspoken needs, and communicating with more clarity.
October 29 — Shadow Work, Grief & Being “Too Much”
A seasonal exploration of shame, vulnerability, grief, and the hidden parts of ourselves that show up in relationships.
November 26 — Family, Holidays & Obligation
Notice how family systems and holiday dynamics can pull us out of consent, back into obligation, and away from our adult self.
