AUGUST 2026 THEME:
Jealousy vs. Envy
A Polyamorous Processing Circle on Emotional Signals, Security & Self-Awareness
Jealousy and envy are often treated like signs that something is wrong—with us, with our partner, or with the relationship itself. In polyamory, these feelings can feel even more intense because they often show up around time, attention, sex, intimacy, comparison, fear of replacement, and unmet needs.
In this 90-minute somatic and creative processing circle, we’ll slow down and explore what jealousy and envy are actually trying to tell us. Through guided body awareness, creative reflection, and group processing, we’ll begin to separate the story from the signal: What am I afraid of? What do I want? What need is asking for attention? What belongs to me, and what may need to be communicated or negotiated?
Together, we’ll practice responding to jealousy and envy with honesty, care, and curiosity instead of shame, control, or avoidance. You’ll leave with more language for your inner experience, more compassion for your emotional responses, and practical tools for staying grounded when relational comparison or insecurity shows up.
