About the event
This monthly 1.5-hour somatic circle is a space to process the hard moments of consensual non-monogamy in your body, not just your mind.
Come to learn practical tools for handling jealousy, conflict, and emotional triggers in relationships through guided somatic and creative exercises using real-life situations. Over time, you’ll build skills and a trusted community that supports your growth and communication in polyamory or any relationship.

• Nervous system education
• Guided somatic &/ creative processing
• Small group witnessing
• Integration exercises
This is not advice-giving.
This is embodied practice.

SEPTEMBER 2026 THEME:
Hard Conversations & Hidden Needs
A Polyamorous Processing Circle on Speaking Truth Without Disappearing or Exploding
Polyamory often brings us face-to-face with conversations we were never taught how to have. We may need to talk about desire, limits, time, insecurity, sex, changing agreements, unmet needs, or painful truths—without collapsing, attacking, people-pleasing, or shutting down.
In this 90-minute somatic and creative processing circle, we’ll explore what happens in the body when a hard conversation is needed. We’ll notice the nervous system patterns that make us avoid, over-explain, defend, perform, or disappear, and we’ll use creative processing to uncover the needs underneath the words we’re struggling to say.
Together, we’ll practice slowing down enough to speak from clarity instead of activation. You’ll leave with more awareness of your hidden needs, more confidence naming what’s true, and practical language for communicating difficult things in a way that supports trust, repair, and authentic connection.
